Materials & print quality
I match the process to the job: resin for fine detail, FDM for tough functional parts.
Resin (SLA/DLP)
Best for miniatures, busts, and high-detail display pieces. I use quality resins including tough and transparent formulations for the right balance of detail and durability. Layer heights are typically 0.03-0.05 mm for minis.
FDM (filament)
PLA for displays and prototypes, PETG for stronger functional parts, TPU for flexible components, ASA for outdoor use, and ABS where heat resistance matters.
Finishing
Supports are placed to keep contact points off faces and front-facing details where possible. Prints are cleaned, cured, and checked before they ship.
