Communications: messages you send by email or through forms, including replies linked to your order.

Payment information: card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Why we collect personal information

We collect personal information that is reasonably necessary to provide our printing services, run our shop, respond to enquiries, and operate the website. If you do not provide required details, we may not be able to process your order or quote request.

Stripe: payment processing for shop checkout.

Resend: transactional email and newsletter delivery.

Amazon Web Services (AWS): secure storage of orders, uploaded files, and related records.

Vercel: website hosting, performance monitoring, and optional analytics.

Shipping carriers: delivery details when we ship your order (for example Australia Post).

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, customers, or the public.

How long we keep information

We keep order records, communications, and uploaded files for as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle support or warranty issues, and meet legal or tax obligations. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including access controls on admin systems and encrypted connections (HTTPS). No online service can guarantee absolute security.
