Which FDM material should I choose?

PLA: Best for toys, decorative items, and prototypes. Easy to print but not suitable for high strength or heat resistance. PETG: Good balance of strength and flexibility. Suitable for functional parts and outdoor use. TPU: Flexible and rubber-like. Perfect for phone cases, gaskets, and parts requiring flexibility. ASA: UV resistant and durable. Great for outdoor applications and parts exposed to weather. ABS: Strong and heat resistant. Ideal for functional parts, automotive applications, and high-temperature environments.

How long does shipping take?

For shop items you can pay immediately using Stripe Checkout (credit cards and supported wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay), or choose PayPal or bank transfer and pay using the instructions we send by email. Custom orders are paid after you confirm the quote, using PayPal or bank transfer as provided in the quote email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

For custom orders, before payment we review your files and confirm the details. Your custom order starts when payment has been received. After you have made a payment for a custom order, you have 1 hour to request changes or cancel for a full refund. After this window, contact us and we will help where we can. For shop orders, contact us as soon as possible if you need changes. Refunds and changes depend on the production stage.

What is the difference between Shop orders and custom orders?

Shop orders are for in-stock items you add to your cart. You enter your details and either pay immediately with Stripe Checkout or pay via PayPal or bank transfer after we email you instructions. Production starts after payment is received. Custom orders are for your own STL, OBJ, or 3MF files (or a description if you do not have files yet). You submit your request, we send a quote within 48 hours, and you pay after you confirm the quote.

How do Shop orders work?

Add items to your cart. Choose pickup or shipping. Enter your contact details, including mobile number (optional), plus an optional message. Choose how to pay: complete checkout immediately with Stripe Checkout, or choose PayPal or bank transfer and follow the payment instructions we send by email. Receive email confirmation. Production starts after payment is received (right away for Stripe, or once we receive your PayPal or bank transfer). Shop orders ship within 1-4 business days after payment. Worldwide shipping is available, although shipping cost will be expensive outside of Australia.

Upload your STL, OBJ, or 3MF files (or describe your project if you do not have files yet). We send a quote within 48 hours. After you confirm the quote, we send payment details. We begin production once payment is received.

How much do custom prints cost?

Accepted Answer

Most custom prints have a minimum of $15 AUD. As a guide, a standard 32mm tabletop miniature is around $15 AUD depending on complexity, size, and material. Larger pieces, multi-part models, and specialty resins cost more. Request a free quote and we will confirm the exact price before you pay.

What is your return policy?

Shop items are made to order. We do not offer change-of-mind returns. If your shop order arrives damaged or has a print defect, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will reprint or resolve the issue. Custom orders are quoted to your specifications; the 1-hour post-payment change window applies as described above.

Yes. Local pickup is available in inner Melbourne; the exact meeting point is shared with you after you order. For shipped orders, we deliver Australia-wide via AusPost. Worldwide shipping is available, although shipping cost will be expensive outside of Australia.

What do 32mm and 75mm scale mean for miniatures?

32mm scale is a common tabletop gaming standard. The height is measured from the character foot to eye level (roughly a 6-foot person becomes about 32mm tall). 75mm scale is a larger, display-focused scale (roughly 1:24). At this size a human-sized character is around 75mm tall, giving more surface area for painting and fine details. It is typically used for showcase pieces and busts rather than regular tabletop play.

Use the Order status page with your order ID and the email address you used at checkout. Status updates include Printing in progress, Cleaning, Packing, and Shipped as your order moves through production. You can also reply to any confirmation or quote email and your message will be linked to your order.
